The Bear Valley Improvement Association ("BVIA") is a Registered Neighborhood Organization (RNO) in Denver, CO, serving the Bear Valley neighborhood. The Bear Valley neighborhood is bordered on the north by W. Yale Ave., on the south by W. Dartmouth Ave., on the east by S. Sheridan Blvd., and on the west by S. Wadsworth Blvd.
The BVIA was established more than 50 years ago to represent its homeowners and residents with the aim of fostering community and maintaining the beauty and safety of the neighborhood in which we live.
The BVIA Board is comprised of volunteers who give their time and talents to encourage a friendly, engaged and vibrant community. Working together, we inform residents of local issues through regular newsletters, emails, and general meetings, help keep the neighborhood clean and beautiful through Adopt-A-Spot and park clean ups along W. Dartmouth Ave and Bear Creek Park, coordinate a free summer concert, put on holiday events, and much more!
We are not an HOA and we do not require any dues. We are able to do what we do with voluntary contributions from our neighbors and local businesses that advertise with us.
